ผู้เล่น TODO_NAME (Android / PC / เว็บ) ขอลบบัญชีและข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลทั้งหมดได้สองทาง

  1. ลบด้วยตนเองทันที: เข้าสู่ระบบแล้วไปที่ บัญชีของฉัน › ลบบัญชี ยืนยันด้วยรหัสผ่าน
  2. แจ้งทีมงาน: ติดต่อผ่านช่องทางที่ประกาศไว้บนเพจทางการ ระบุชื่อไอดีและชื่อตัวละครอย่างน้อย 1 ตัว ทีมงานยืนยันตัวตนภายใน 7 วัน และลบเสร็จภายใน 30 วัน

ข้อมูลที่จะถูกลบ

  • บัญชีผู้เล่น (ชื่อไอดี รหัสผ่าน) และอีเมลที่ผูกไว้
  • ตัวละครทั้งหมด ไอเทม เงินในเกม พอยต์ อันดับ และประวัติการเล่น
  • หมายเลขไอพีและบันทึกการเข้าใช้งาน

ข้อมูลที่อาจเก็บต่อ

ประวัติการชำระเงินเก็บไม่เกิน 5 ปีตามกฎหมายภาษีและบัญชี และบันทึกป้องกันการทุจริตไม่เกิน 12 เดือน โดยระบุตัวบุคคลไม่ได้อีก

Players of TODO_NAME (Android / PC / Web) can delete their account and all personal data in two ways.

  1. Self-service, immediately: sign in and open My account › Delete account, then confirm with your password.
  2. Ask our staff: contact us through the channels announced on our official page, with your UserID and the name of at least one character. We verify within 7 days and finish within 30 days.

Data that will be deleted

  • Your player account (UserID, password) and linked email address
  • All characters, items, in-game currency, points, rankings and play history
  • IP addresses and login logs

Data we may retain

Payment history for up to 5 years as required by tax and accounting law, and anti-fraud records for up to 12 months; neither can identify you after deletion.
